This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead high-performing engineering teams, shape cloud-native solutions and work closely with clients to solve complex technical challenges.

The Role

• Lead Agile software engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale solutions
• Design and build cloud-native applications across AWS, Azure or GCP
• Stay hands-on with architecture, coding and technical decision-making
• Mentor engineers and champion engineering best practice
• Collaborate with clients to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD and modern software engineering practices

What you will need?

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams
• Strong cloud experience
• Hands-on development background in Java, .NET or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code and modern engineering practices
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Previous consultancy or client-facing experience is advantageous
