The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of a range of residential and commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nThis is a great opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys leading projects from inception through to completion while coordinating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage construction projects from planning through to completion\n\n * \n\n Coordinate project teams including consultants, contractors, and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets, and risk registers\n\n * \n\n Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with client expectations\n\n * \n\n Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders\n\n * \n\n Manage procurement processes and contractor performance\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards\n\n * \n\n Identify and mitigate project risks and issues\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry\n\n * \n\n Experience delivering residential and commercial developments\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of construction processes and project delivery\n\n * \n\n Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively\n\n * \n\n Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field (preferred)\n\n * \n\n Professional membership (e.g., Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or Chartered Institute of Building) is desirable\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary and benefits package\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects\n\n * \n\n Career progression within a growing organisation\n\n * \n\n Supportive and collaborative team environment
