The Role
As a Nursery Third\n in Charge, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a safe,\n engaging environment. You will:
- Support the\n nursery leadership team by leading through positive role\n modelling and maintaining high standards.
- Guide and\n develop staff through coaching, supervision and team\n collaboration.
- Build strong\n partnerships with parents and carers through effective\n communication and support.
- Help maintain\n staffing, ratios and the smooth day-to-day running of the\n nursery.
About You
You’re\n compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference\n every day.
Essential:
- Level 3\n childcare qualification
- Confident\n written and spoken English
Desirable:
- Experience in an\n Early Years setting
- Knowledge of\n EYFS and safeguarding best practices
