Salary – £36,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Ensure\n the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor at all\n times.
- Understand\n and ensure that the requirements of the statutory framework for the EYFS\n are met throughout the nursery.
- Assist\n in managing the acceptance and administration of medication and ensure\n care plans are thorough and up to date for children or staff with health\n conditions.
- Ensure\n that all children receive stimulating and purposeful experiences,\n environments and resources that are appropriate to their age and stage of\n development.
- Promote\n respect and credibility for this position through effective communication\n skills, impartiality, and consistency.
- Inspire\n staff team with creative ideas and new challenges with aim to achieve\n outstanding practice.
- Maintain\n accurate records and accounts relating to children and staff on EyMan\n system and on file.
- Undertake\n any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and safety\n and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.

Requirements:
- Full\n and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification - Essential
- Leadership\n experience - Essential
- Over\n 1 years’ experience of working in Early Years - Essential
- Sound\n knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory\n requirements - Essential
- Over\n 1 years’ experience of working in a management position - Desirable.
- Level\n 5 qualification in Childcare and/or Management and Leadership - Desirable
- Experience\n of successfully passing an Ofsted inspection to good or outstanding –\n Desirable
