Leads demonstrate successful execution of customer service and operations best practices with a leadership perspective. The Lead Color Advisor is an ambassador for Madison Reed Mini Bar initiatives in accordance with company guidelines. This role is crucial to our clients' Madison Reed experience; a master of first impressions and expert on Madison Reed hair color products, membership/subscription benefits, and package options. This exciting position will be based on one of our new Madison Reed Retail Only locations. Earn a minimum of $25/hour plus commission!What you will do: Lead by example demonstrating professionalism in every interaction with clients and staff, managing challenging situations as they arise. Support team with but not limited to, consultations, operational flow, lunches and breaks to ensure accountability and timeliness. Complete hair color consultations and provide information on at home color and product application to clients based on knowledge, Madison Reed product training and available technology. Meet and achieve revenue targets for Madison Reed with sales of hair color kits, gloss, color therapy masks and home care retail products. Exhibit sales and service behaviors in all interactions and communications with customers. Regularly achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goalsOpen and closing activities in partnership with staff as a designated key holder, maintaining cleanliness, restocking of product & supplies, while ensuring checklists are completed in compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines. Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays as needed.Who you are:Active cosmetology license - Must be licensed in the state in which you are applying 3+ years of experience in a salon; possessing previous operational or management experience.Experience in a fast-paced service environment, outstanding and effective communication skills.
