Internal Sales / Account Manager\n\nMetal Stockholding Industry\n\nLocation: West Yorkshire  \n\n Full Time | Permanent\n\nASPLIV\n\nAre you an experienced Internal Sales professional with a background in metals, engineering, manufacturing, or selling technical products?\n\nDo you enjoy building long-term customer relationships, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth within a fast-paced industrial environment?\n\nIf so, I want to hear from you!\n\nMy client is a well-established Metal Stockholder supplying a diverse range of industries across the UK & Internationally. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team with the appointment of an Internal Sales / Account Manager.\n\nPackage \n\nSalary – Negotiable down to experience\nBonus – Monthly Commission\nMonday – Thursday 08:30am – 5:00pm / Friday 4:30pm Finish\n20 days holidays + bank holidays\nThe Role\n\nWorking closely with both new and existing customers, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships, generating quotations, processing orders, and identifying opportunities to maximise sales and margin performance.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys account management and driving new business, spinning plates in this role is essential.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManaging and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts\nBuilding strong relationships with customers across engineering, manufacturing, fabrication, and industrial sectors\nPreparing quotations and following up opportunities to secure business\nProcessing customer orders and coordinating with operations to ensure excellent service levels\nNegotiating pricing and commercial agreements\nIdentifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products\nWorking closely with external sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams\nMaintaining accurate CRM records and customer information\nDelivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nPrevious experience within Internal Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Support, or Technical Sales\nExperience within metal stockholding, steel distribution, engineering, manufacturing, industrial products, or technical sales environments would be highly advantageous\nStrong commercial awareness and negotiation skills\nAbility to build lasting customer relationships\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal\nProactive, driven, and customer-focused approach\nExperience using CRM and ERP systems\nWhy Apply?\n\nJoin a well-established and growing business\nExcellent opportunities for career development within a long-term role\nSupportive team environment\nCompetitive salary and bonus structure\nLong-term career stability within a thriving industry\nIf you're currently working within metals, engineering, manufacturing, industrial distribution, or technical sales and are looking for your next challenge, I'd love to speak with you!\n\nTo Contact Direct:\n\nJasmine Williams – Commercial Director \n\n(phone number removed) \n\nAt Aspion, our core values have been built around the importance of transparency, innovation, passion and collaboration.
