At Butlin’s, great holidays start with incredible food! We are on the lookout for an energetic and passionate Junior Kitchen Manager to run the pass at our high-energy, open-kitchen restaurant: the Firehouse Grill! From tongue-tingling chargrilled favorites and juicy chicken to signature build-your-own burgers and epic sharing platters, you will be at the center of the action. Our guests get to watch the culinary magic happen live!

If you are a high-spirited leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to join in the fun, and can keep a large team inspired under the spotlight, this is your time to shine!

Working Hours: You’ll be working a 40-hour week spread over 5 days out of 7. Flexibility is key, as some shifts may involve late-night finishes to cover our fantastic adult breaks.

We provide clear training schedules and personal development plans to help you fast-track your hospitality career. You will work with an amazing team in an exciting resort environment where no two days are ever the same!

  • A proven track record in a similar kitchen leadership role
  • \n
  • A certified Level 3 Food Safety qualification
  • \n
  • A hard-working, reliable attitude
  • \n

You will lead by example in full view of our guests, keeping energy high and presentation standards flawless. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing margins, controlling costs, and hitting food budgets
  • \n
  • Running daily briefings and mentoring your chefs to unleash the team’s potential
  • \n
  • Building a fun, high-performing culture
  • \n
  • Driving strict accountability for all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • \n
  • Stepping up to manage the kitchen whenever the Kitchen Manager is away
