Executive Assistant to CEO and Chief People Officer

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a newly appointed CEO and Chief People Officer within a high-growth, global financial services organisation. Our client has a boutique London office, with ambitious expansion plans over the next 12 months, this is a pivotal role at a transformative stage of the company's growth journey. The firm has a large global footprint, as such they are seeking an EA who has experience in both a boutique and corporate environment within financial services.

Supporting two senior executives who are both new to the organisation, you will play a critical role in helping them establish themselves, build key internal relationships, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be highly professional, adaptable, and capable of managing the differing priorities and working styles of two senior stakeholders. The global team have a strong and cohesive structure, team players and EAs who are comfortable working in a fast-moving organisation is essential. Due to the immediate need this is initially an interim opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

    \n\t
  • Complex global diary management across multiple time zones
  • \n\t
  • Coordinating extensive international and domestic travel arrangements
  • \n\t
  • Organising and managing Board meetings, leadership events, and offsite planning sessions
  • \n\t
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • \n\t
  • Managing changing priorities and ensuring seamless executive support
  • \n\t
  • Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives as the business continues to scale
  • \n

Requirements:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives within Investment Banking, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Trading, or a similarly fast-paced financial services environment
  • \n\t
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
  • \n\t
  • An EA who is proven thought partner working strategically with their Executives
  • \n\t
  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to interact at senior leadership level
  • \n\t
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and stakeholder management capability
  • \n\t
  • Sound judgement, discretion, and professionalism
  • \n\t
  • Ability to bring gravitas, credibility, and calm under pressure
  • \n\t
  • Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously
  • \n\t
  • Please not this role is office based
  • \n
