This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, building strong employer relationships, and deliver high-quality employment support services.\nThe Role:\nEngage, motivate and support a caseload of unemployed participants through to gaining sustainable employment.\nIdentify and support individuals with any barriers to work.\nWork in partnership with your caseload to complete action plans, and to better understand their skills, aspirations and goals.\nSupport participants with employability skills such as CV writing, job search, interview techniques, etc.\nProactively engage with local employers, to source vacancies, understand their recruitment needs and promote candidates.\nMaintain employer relationships and employer engagement databases.Criteria:\nExperience of working in a target driven environment - business development, sales,  recruitment, customer service etc.\nIdeally have experience of working within a similar Employment Advisor/Coach role.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to motivate and support individuals from diverse backgrounds.\nMust be able to demonstrate experience of working towards KPIs. \nMust be IT literate.  Please note:\nKM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
