One Health is looking for a Consultant Gynaecologist (with a special interest in urogynaecology) to support and grow the One Health Group Gynaecology Team.

\n

The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar role in a private or NHS setting. You should have a professional outlook, empathetic telephone manner and understand the importance of patient confidentiality.

• You should currently be in a substantive NHS post or in a long‑term locum post (more than 12 months)
\n
• If not in a current NHS post, you should have been a substantive NHS consultant for at least 3 years before leaving the NHS
\n
• You must be on the GMC register and have no hearings or restrictions
\n
• You should have relevant subspecialty qualifications (e.g., FRCS (Orth))
\n
• You must be on the specialist register
\n

\nMain duties of the job\n

This role will involve assessing and operating on NHS patients referred to One Health via the NHS e‑Referral System. Appointments will be held across a number of outreach clinic sites, and operations will take place within a range of independent sector hospitals; the consultant must therefore be prepared to travel.
