You will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repairs to plumbing systems across commercial properties, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on commercial plumbing systems.\n\nRespond to reactive maintenance calls and diagnose plumbing faults.\n\nRepair or replace faulty pipework, valves, pumps, and plumbing fixtures.\n\nCarry out servicing of hot and cold-water systems.\n\nIdentify and resolve leaks, blockages, and pressure issues.\n\nEnsure all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations and water compliance standards.\n\nComplete job reports and maintenance documentation accurately.\n\nWork collaboratively with other engineers and the wider maintenance team\n\nMaintain a high standard of workmanship and customer service across all sites\n\nRequired qualifications / Expectations / Experience:\n\nNVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).\n\nProven experience working as a plumber within commercial or maintenance environments\n\nExperience carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing repairs.\n\nGood knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and water regulations.\n\nStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across plumbing systems\n\nAbility to diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.\n\nFull Manual UK driving licence\n\nExperience working with hot and cold-water systems, pipework, valves, pumps, and sanitary systems.\n\nAbility to work independently and manage workload across multiple sites.\n\nExperience completing job reports and maintenance documentation.\n\nGood understanding of health and safety procedures within a commercial environment\n\nDesirable (but not essential)\n\nUnvented Hot Water Certification (G3).\n\nExperience working within facilities management or service and maintenance roles.\n\nCSCS or relevant site safety card.\n\nSC Clearance\n\nWe Offer:\n\nHolidays 22 days + bank holidays + long service leave\n\nCompany pension scheme – invest in your future\n\nTraining and development to enhance your skills\n\nCollaborative team atmosphere\n\nCompany bonus scheme\n\nPrivate health insurance, including 24/7 online GP service\n\nCompany social events\n\nJoin our Team and discover exciting career opportunities!
